Meryl David is a strategic internal communicator down under, and a former director of the IABC Asia Pacific Region. She reports directly to HR. Her organization started an Innovation Programme to formally harness and capture ideas upward within the organization. Meryl talks about the positive reaction from employees, and overviews the inner workings of the project.
